By accessing and using Resellna ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. About Resellna
Resellna is a peer-to-peer marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of pre-loved fashion items in Nigeria. We provide the platform, payment processing, and logistics coordination but do not own or sell the items listed.
3. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Resellna
- You must provide accurate phone number for verification
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- One account per person; multiple accounts may be suspended
4. Buying on Resellna
- All purchases are protected by our escrow system
- Payment is held until you confirm delivery and satisfaction
- You have 48 hours after delivery to report issues
- Disputes are handled by our support team
5. Selling on Resellna
- You must own the items you list and have the right to sell them
- Listings must accurately describe the item's condition
- Counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items are not allowed
- You must ship items within 48 hours of order confirmation
6. Fees and Payments
- Resellna charges a 15% commission on successful sales
- Commission is deducted from the sale price before payout
- Payouts are processed to your registered bank account
- Delivery fees are paid by the buyer separately
7. Escrow Protection
All transactions are protected by our escrow system powered by Paystack:
- Buyer's payment is held securely until delivery is confirmed
- Seller receives payment only after buyer confirms receipt
- If there's a dispute, funds remain in escrow until resolved
8. Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed on Resellna:
- Counterfeit or replica items
- Stolen goods
- Weapons or dangerous items
- Adult content
- Items that violate Nigerian law
9. Disputes and Refunds
- Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Valid reasons: item not as described, damaged, or not delivered
- Our team will investigate and make a fair decision
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users.
11. Limitation of Liability
Resellna is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed. We facilitate transactions but do not guarantee them.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
